These terms apply when you purchase products from The Beaded Strand through this website.

Products

Our products are handmade, and small variations in colour, bead pattern, placement and appearance may occur. We make every effort to photograph and describe products accurately, but colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.

Orders and payment

Payment must be completed at checkout before an order is accepted. If there is a problem with your order or we are unable to fulfil it, we will contact you using the details provided with your order and issue a refund where appropriate.

Prices

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£). Any applicable delivery charges are shown during checkout before payment is completed.

Delivery

Orders will be sent to the delivery address supplied at checkout. Please check that your delivery information is correct before completing your order.

Returns and refunds

Returns, cancellations and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and your statutory consumer rights.

Product use

Our jewellery and accessories contain small components and are not intended as toys. Please keep them away from babies and young children.
