Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your order from The Beaded Strand. If you change your mind, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to let us know that you wish to cancel your purchase. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

Items should be returned in their original condition. You may handle an item as you would in a shop to inspect it, but we may reduce the refund if its value has been reduced by handling beyond what is necessary.

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item. We recommend obtaining proof of postage.

Once your return has been received, your refund will be processed within 14 days. Your original standard delivery charge will also be refunded. 

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, not as described, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us so we can put things right. Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.

Personalised items

If we offer personalised or made-to-order items in future, different cancellation rules may apply. Any exceptions will be clearly stated before purchase.
